Attend in person

Registration is now closed.

Join us in Austin at the AT&T Conference Center on September 19th!

Registration is $20 per person and includes lunch. CARTS, ASL interpretation, and Spanish interpretation will be provided. Additional accommodation or communication requests can be made at registration.

Masks will be recommended, but not required. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for those who want them.

On the 19th, we’ll open check in at 9am and the program will begin at 10am. During that hour, join us for a complimentary continental breakfast, try out accessible features of voting machines, register to vote, and snap a photo or two! After opening remarks, we’ll plan to begin candidate interviews at 10:15am, serve box lunches following the final candidate interview, and wrap up by 2pm. While the program officially closes at 2pm, feel free to stick around the venue to network and enjoy your box lunch (included in registration).
